At UWorld, Evan was responsible for creating and implementing a highly successful B2B strategy to sell directly to institutions. As part of this strategy, they created a series of B2B platforms for institutional customers. In their first 6 months, they built out the sales team structure, creating compensation plans, introducing pricing and packaging options, hired staff, and created reporting data tools to enable tracking of income and strategic initiatives.

Evan then launched UWorld's first new platform in its history entitled the UWorld Learning Platform. Starting with the College Readiness vertical, the Learning Platform delivers UWorld’s market-leading content to districts and schools globally. The platform has all new business models that focus on the news if administrators, faculty, and students.

Since launching the B2B business institutional sales have soared to over 20% of total sales, on top of overall company growth of 30%.
