Mridul Gupta

Mridul Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Mridul is currently working as the Director of Healthplan (Business Platform Performance) at Advantasure. In this role, they guide business and IT executives in making investment decisions and balancing operational demands with long-term strategic vision.

Before joining Advantasure, Mridul worked at Accenture for 10 years. Their roles at Accenture included Engagement Manager, Claims Product development and Support, Manager - Business Systems Analysis, Project Manager, Senior Consultant, Management Consultant- Public Safety, and Pre-Sales Consultant. Throughout these positions, Mridul showcased expertise in various healthcare and IT-related areas such as workforce management, automation, sales enablement, business process management, requirements gathering, and data mapping.

Prior to Accenture, Mridul worked at Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Analyst. Mridul also gained early experience as a Systems Officer in Information Systems at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited.

Mridul started their educational journey at the Faculty of Management Studies, where they pursued their post-graduate studies.

Mridul Gupta completed an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they pursued a B.E. degree in Information Technology from Sardar Patel University. Mridul's primary education is from Kendriya Vidyalaya and Kendriya Vidyalaya Rajkot. Mridul also attended New Green Field Public School, but the details of their degree or field of study are unknown. In terms of certifications, Mridul obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2019 and a Certification Course in Business Analysis from IIBA in November 2012. Mridul also holds an ITIL V3 Professional certification from ITIL Authority, but the specific date of attainment is unknown.
