Abeer Ghander

Abeer Ghander has extensive work experience in software development and engineering. Abeer is currently working as the Head of Software Development - Agile Line Manager at Advantest since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Valeo for over 15 years, holding various roles including Software Engineering Manager, Valeo Expert, Software Team Lead, Software Design Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer. Abeer also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science, Ain Shams University from 2008 to 2015. Abeer also had a brief stint as a Software Developer at LinkDev (LINKdotNET) in 2007.

Abeer Ghander obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems from Ain Shams University in 2007, followed by a Master's Degree in Computer Systems/ Networks from the same institution from 2009 to 2015. In 2018 to 2019, Abeer completed a Nanodegree in Self Driving Cars from Udacity. Additionally, Abeer holds a Secondary General Certificate in Math from Notre Dame Des Apotre - English Branch, earned from 1989 to 2003. In terms of additional certifications, Abeer obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2021.
