Peter Zheng

Peter Zheng has extensive work experience in various engineering roles spanning over three decades. Peter is currently working as a Thermal Engineering Lead at Advantest since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Honeywell for 15 years as a Principal Engineer from March 2005 to July 2020. Peter'sprevious experience includes working at GE as a Principal Engineer from December 2001 to March 2005, and at Honeywell Aerospace USA as a Principal Engineer from August 1998 to December 2001. Peter also has experience working at Maytag as a Staff Engineer from August 1995 to August 1998, at AEC as a Product Engineer from October 1994 to August 1995, at the University of Illinois at Chicago as a Research Engineer from August 1990 to October 1994, at ANCO Consulting Group as a Mechanical Engineer from October 1989 to August 1990, at Guangzhou Pearl River Construction Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer from May 1985 to September 1987, and at Shanghai Petrochemical Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer from July 1984 to May 1985. Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated their expertise in design, development, testing, and analysis in various mechanical engineering fields.

Peter Zheng holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, which they obtained from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the same university from 1987 to 1990. Peter'sundergraduate studies were conducted at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1980 to 1984.
