Amanda Owings

Amanda Owings serves as the Business Unit Leader for Transportation & Infrastructure and Senior Transportation Manager at Otak, overseeing consulting engineering focused on public infrastructure. Amanda has been a Director at Advantis Credit Union since 2008 and currently holds the position of Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors. Previously, Amanda was the Chair of the Board of Directors for the City of Portland and worked as a Traffic Engineer at PBOT and the City of Lake Oswego, managing transportation solutions and traffic systems. Amanda's experience includes a role as Project Manager at Otak, Inc. Amanda holds a BSCE in Civil Engineering from the University of Portland and an MSCE and MURP from Portland State University.
