Edward Warnock

Edward Warnock is an experienced Information Security Manager at Advantis Credit Union since July 2013, holding certifications as a CISSP and SSCP. Responsibilities include implementing and designing the Information Security program in compliance with NIST guidelines. Edward previously served as a Systems Administrator, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and as a Helpdesk Coordinator II, managing system software and providing technical support to approximately 200 end users. Prior to joining Advantis, Edward served as a Staff Sergeant in the US Army from April 2003 to August 2013, where duties included monitoring LAN/WAN networks and maintaining end-user workstations. Edward holds a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from Kennesaw State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Network Administration from Portland Community College.
