Nicole White

Nicole White, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the banking and coaching industries. Nicole began their career at Fidelity Federal Bank as a Collections Representative in 1998. Nicole then worked at Sitel as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Team Manager/GM CARS BPO Call Center. In 2005, they joined First Tech Federal Credit Union as an Assistant Branch Manager and later became a Branch Manager. In 2013, Nicole joined Advantis Credit Union as a Contact Center Manager and eventually became the Director of Member Solutions. Nicole'smost recent role at Advantis was as the VP of Digital Banking, Payments Strategy & Remote Channels. In 2019, they started their own coaching business, Nicole White Coaching LLC, where they serve as a Transformation & Leadership Coach.

Nicole White, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, specializing in the Oregon Executive MBA program. Nicole also obtained a Bachelor's degree in HR Management and Business Management from Portland State University. In addition, they hold certifications as a Whole Person Certified Coach from Coach Training World, a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, and a certification in Project Management from the Center for Executive and Professional Education.
