Chardae G.

Chardae G. has a diverse work experience in nursing and healthcare. Chardae started as a Student Nurse Intern at SSM Health Care in 2010, where they collaborated with the medical team to provide direct patient care and performed sterile procedures. Chardae then worked at Thornton Heights Terrace as an RN, providing care to residents with mental illness and actively participating in psychiatric assessments and crisis interventions.

In 2013, Chardae joined Munster Community Hospital as a Registered Nurse, where they implemented preventative and emergency actions to promote patient health and coordinated with a multidisciplinary team for rehabilitation activities. Chardae then moved on to Ingalls Health System, where they provided acute nursing care to pre- and postoperative open-heart surgery adults and adults with acute and chronic diseases. Chardae'sresponsibilities included implementing physician's orders and administering medication.

From 2016 to 2017, Chardae worked as a Quality HEDIS Medical Review Nurse at Aetna, reviewing and abstracting medical record information in accordance with study criteria. Chardae also requested and abstracted appropriate medical records and integrated information from diverse sources.

Chardae's next role was at Cook County Health and Hospitals System as an Operating Room Nurse. Chardae worked directly with surgeons within the sterile field, passing instruments and managing nursing care within the operating room.

In 2020, Chardae joined Alliant Healthcare Staffing as a Circulating Nurse. Chardae'sresponsibilities included providing direct patient care in the operating room, preparing the operating room for procedures, and assisting with efficient turnovers between cases.

Chardae then moved to Kaiser Permanente, where they worked as an Operating Room Nurse from 2020 to 2021. Most recently, Chardae joined Advantis Medical Staffing in 2022 as an Operating Room Nurse.
