Jeremy Van Beusekom

At Advantive, Jeremy will work across the business, connecting the dots, aligning & creating clarity around company priorities, facilitating effective decision-making, and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Jeremy joins us from GovDocs where, as VP of Operations & Finance, he led Finance, Production, Legal, Software Engineering and Business Systems. While there, Jeremy led a company-wide transformation, driving scale and setting the company up for significant long-term growth. Prior to GovDocs, Jeremy was VP of Corporate Development at Naviga, where he led M&A, driving inorganic growth for the company. He has held other leadership roles in strategy, program management, and business architecture.

Jeremy has over 25 years of experience in business strategy, transformation, M&A, operations, and program management. He has a passion for working with people across companies to drive clarity of purpose, improve performance, and keep the “trains on-time.”

Jeremy holds a B.S. degree in Engineering Technology from saint cloud State University.
