Sam Clark

At Advantive Sam will drive M&A integration, focusing on value creation through rapid cultural change. M&A integration is truly a cross-functional endeavor, and Sam looks forward to working with team members from across the organization to quickly grow Advantive through successful acquisitions and integrations.

Sam joins us from Diligent, one of the largest Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software providers, where he led sales strategy and M&A integration. Sam completed the integration of six companies, valued at $1.4 billion — which included ~800 employees, and nearly ten thousand customers. Prior to Diligent, Sam worked for McKinsey, the Maryland Governor’s Office, the Baltimore Mayor’s Office, and Teach for America.

Sam holds a B.A. from Harvard University and an MBA from MIT.
