Monnica Manuel

Monnica oversees Advantmed’s human resources function. She brings more than 20 years of corporate leadership and coaching experience. Her work to build and optimize teams in sales, operations, and human resources across several industries has helped shape her approach to leadership and forge her passion for developing the next generation of corporate leaders.

Prior to coming to Advantmed, Monnica served as Head of Sales for The Professional Education Institute, and Senior Vice President of Operations for GoHealth. Monnica is also a trained mPEAK Coach through UCSD’s School of Medicine and Center for Mindfulness.
