Lisa Haas

Lisa Haas SHRM-SCP has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Lisa is currently the Director of Human Resources at Advantor Systems Corporation, a role they have held since February 2017. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Insurance Office of America, where they directed all HR functions for a company of 500+ employees and 300 producers nationally. Lisa also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Federal Trust Bank, where they managed HR functions for a company of 100 employees and established positive partnerships with senior and mid-level management. Lisa began their career as an Employee Relations Specialist at ORHS.

Lisa Haas has a degree in Associate of Arts in Human Resource Management from Valencia College. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in July 2016.
