Shruti Dhawan

Shruti Dhawan, Associate VP – HR, has over a decade of experience in all core areas of the HR environment. She is a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment)-trained HR executive with wide-ranging skills and practice. Shruti was featured among the “Top 10 Most Promising Women HR Consultants – 2021” by Women Entrepreneur, a monthly business magazine for C-Suite executives, women entrepreneurs, founders, and other decision-makers in India. Shruti has a Master of Business Administration (Human Resources) from Mumbai University, and is certified as a trainer and counselor.
