Larry Miles

Larry Miles is an experienced executive in the pharmaceutical and media services industries. Currently serving as President of Pinnacle Biologics, Inc. since June 2023, Larry has also been the General Manager for USA at ADVANZ PHARMA since October 2015, overseeing all commercial facets of a $100 million business. Prior roles include President and CEO of McClung Companies, where responsibilities encompassed the implementation of the company's mission and vision, and Vice President of Sales & Marketing at the same firm. Larry's early career featured managerial positions at Abbott, where recruitment and training of pharmaceutical sales teams were key responsibilities, and as Cell Leader at Precision Components International. Military service as a Platoon Leader in the US Army provided foundational leadership skills. Larry holds a BS in History with a track in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
