Ozan Efe Ertem is a seasoned business development executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and organic food sectors. Currently serving as the Head of CEE/CIS, Turkey, and Israel at ADVANZ PHARMA since February 2024, Ozan holds P&L ownership and drives growth across over 30 markets. Prior experience includes a tenure as Director of Business Development at TRPHARM, where Ozan played a pivotal role in the company's sustainable development by formulating business strategies, developing product portfolios, and establishing over 50 strategic partnerships worldwide. As a founder of OTS ORGANICS, Ozan successfully developed a leading organic food brand, while previous roles at Pfizer encompassed product management, financial specialist duties, and customer relations management, contributing significant expertise in product strategy and market analysis. Ozan Efe Ertem holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University, completed in 2006.
