Shiv Shetty

Shiv Shetty has a strong background in HR operations and management. Shiv started their career as a Customer Service Representative at R-TeC Systems, where they worked from 2006 to 2007. Shiv then joined Aon Hewitt Asia in 2007 and held various roles, including Team Member, Team Developer, and Operations Manager, until 2015. At Aon Hewitt, they specialized in HCM shared services and Workday Platform implementation. After leaving Aon Hewitt, Shiv joined DHL Logistics in 2015 as a Deputy Manager HRS and later became the HRS Manager for the APAC and Europe region from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Puma Energy as an HR Services Payroll Manager. Currently, Shiv is working for ADVANZ PHARMA, where they initially held the position of Sr. Manager Comp & Benefit, HR Services, and is currently working as the Associate Director, Global HR Operations. Overall, Shiv Shetty has a wealth of experience in HR operations, particularly in managing shared services centers, implementing HRIS platforms, and delivering high-performance service culture.

Shiv Shetty completed an MBA degree in Finance from ITM Group of Institutions from 2009 to 2011.
