Christopher Bartington

Christopher Bartington is a highly experienced database professional with over two decades of expertise in database management and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Database Administrator at Advanzia Bank S.A. since June 2018, Christopher previously held the role of Senior Database Architect at the European Parliament from August 2012 to May 2018, where responsibilities included developing a bespoke MS SQL database for analytics and managing third-party databases. Earlier in the career, Christopher was employed as a Database Manager and Infrastructure Manager at James Villa Holidays for twelve years, initially focusing on database development for an in-house reservations system. Christopher holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology from University College Suffolk (UEA), earned in 2000.
