Julian Kugoth

Julian Kugoth is an experienced professional in customer lifecycle management, currently serving as Associate Director and Head of Customer Lifecycle Management at Advanzia Bank S.A. since November 2018. In this role, Julian Kugoth leads campaigns aimed at customer activation, usage, and churn prevention for a diverse customer base of 1.4 million across several European markets. Prior experience includes roles in CRM and retention management at Telefónica Germany, where responsibilities involved defining targeted marketing strategies and managing communication for the brand Blau.
