Bailey Williams

Bailey Williams has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013. They began as a Copywriter at Hibu in April 2013 and later became a Copyeditor in November 2013 until May 2014. In 2015, Bailey joined Dancers Edge Studio as a Dance Instructor until August 2015. Then, they joined Joymode and served as an Operations and Logistics Coordinator from August 2015 to October 2017. Following that, Bailey became a Customer Success Manager at Joymode from October 2017 to January 2019 and later served as Head of Customer Success from January 2019 to February 2020. Lastly, Bailey worked at Advekit, starting as a Director of Customer Support & Acquisition from March 2020 to May 2021, and currently holds the position of Director of Customer Support & Retention, starting from May 2021.

Bailey Williams holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Iowa.
