Joseph M. has a diverse range of work experience in the property management industry spanning over two decades. Joseph started their career as an Assistant Property Manager at Gene B. Glick Company, where they were responsible for leasing, marketing, sales, and delinquency management. Joseph then moved on to Reini Inc./Corner Stone Property Management, where they served as Vice President of Operations, managing over 250 single-family and small multifamily homes.

Joseph also co-owned and operated The Yorktowne Experience, a full-service catering company and restaurant. During this time, they were responsible for business development, purchasing, construction, and financial management for the catering division.

Following this, they worked at Kirkpatrick Management Company as a Regional Property Manager, overseeing six cooperatives in multiple states. Joseph'sresponsibilities included operations management, renovations, financial reporting, budgeting, personnel management, and contract review.

Joseph then joined McKinley, Inc. as a Senior Regional Property Manager, where they were in charge of portfolios across several states and successfully led the lease-up and renovations project at Windmeadows Apartments in Gainesville, FL.

Prior to their current role, Joseph was a Senior Property Manager at US Residential Group, where they successfully turned around four distressed properties in Orlando by implementing new resident selection criteria.

Currently, Joseph holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Advenir Living, having previously served as Vice President and Director of Marketing. In this role, they are responsible for strategic marketing initiatives and overseeing marketing teams.

Joseph M. studied psychology at Indiana University South Bend. Joseph obtained the HCCP certification from the National Association of Home Builders in July 2015.
