Kurt Janavitz

Kurt Janavitz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in healthcare management and strategy. Currently serving as President of Hat Trick Consulting since March 2021, Kurt also contributes as a Board Member at ADVENT. Prior roles include Executive Vice President of Managed Care at US Radiology Specialists and Senior Vice President of Healthcare Partnerships and Strategy at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where contributions involved negotiations with Froedtert Health and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. As Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Health Network of Wisconsin, Kurt expanded the network significantly while focusing on payer risk relationships and direct-to-employer sales. Previous experience at 21st Century Oncology and Assurant Health involved building teams for payer contracting and provider management, showcasing a strong background in managing complex healthcare relationships. Kurt holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Psychology from Tufts University.
