Marta Kowalik

Marta Kowalik is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ADVENT since July 2022, responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, employing innovative sourcing techniques, and enhancing campus relations through multiple college programs. Previously, Marta served as a Human Resources Intern at ADVENT, where tasks included assisting with the transition of HRIS systems and organizing company-wide events. Earlier experience includes roles as a Print Sales Associate at OfficeMax and a Lifeguard/Swim Instructor at Cudahy Recreation Department, as well as an Administrative Assistant at Studio Gear. Marta holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
