Kathleen Lebaron

Kathleen LeBaron, PHR has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and people management. Kathleen most recently worked as the Director of People and Culture at Choice Medical Group starting from January 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Prime Healthcare from December 2016 to January 2020. Kathleen also worked at Dignity Health as a Human Resources Consultant from January 2016 to October 2016. Additionally, Kathleen held the position of Director of Human Resources at Bear Valley Community Hospital from October 2013 to January 2016, and at Trinity Hospital from October 2012 to October 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked in human resources at Eastern Plumas Health Care from July 2011 to October 2012, as well as Alliance for Workforce Development as a Human Resources Coordinator from January 2010 to August 2011. Kathleen also has experience outside of the healthcare industry, having served as the Director of Sales and HR at R-Mac & Associates from April 1999 to September 2008.

Kathleen LeBaron, PHR, holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from Western Governors University, which they obtained between 2012 and 2013. Prior to this, they pursued a Graphic Design degree at the Academy of Arts San Francisco from 2006 to 2007. Kathleen also has an AA in Marketing and Graphic Design from Sierra College, which they completed from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their academic achievements, Kathleen holds a Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute (SHRM), which they obtained in June 2013.
