Weihan Xiong

Weihan Xiong is a seasoned finance and technology professional with extensive experience in software development and data management. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Developer at Advent Capital Management since January 2015, Weihan is the sole on-site full-stack developer for a $10B AUM fund that specializes in Convertible Bonds, managing over 200 daily data feeds and ETL processes. Prior to this role, Weihan worked as a Quantitative Developer at Arvato Finance Services Ltd from January 2012 to January 2015, where responsibilities included workflow optimization and large-scale data manipulation using Google’s internal big data tools. Weihan holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics and Finance from the University of California, Santa Cruz, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College London, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from the University of York.
