Natalia Graca

Natalia Graca is a Vice President at Advent International since August 2023, with prior experience including a role as Summer Senior Associate in Private Equity at Blackstone in June 2022. Between August 2018 and July 2021, Natalia served as a Private Equity Associate at The Carlyle Group, following an investment banking analyst position at Goldman Sachs from July 2016 to July 2018.
