Dave Tkachuck

Dave Tkachuck, MBA, MHA, MSPT, FACHE, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at AdventHealth since March 2020. Prior to this role, Dave held several positions at Adventist Health from 2007 to 2019, including Operations Executive, where operational effectiveness and financial performance were prioritized for key ancillary departments and the Peri-Operative Service Line. Additionally, Dave served as Administrative Director at Adventist Medical Center-Portland, overseeing patient practice growth and quality improvements, and led Home Care Services with a focus on regulatory compliance and service delivery. Dave’s early career included roles in laboratory services and administrative residency, focusing on expanding clinical capabilities and service efficiency. Educational qualifications include an MBA and MHA from the University of Washington and a MSPT from Andrews University.
