Jennifer Jackson

Jennifer Jackson is the current Senior Vice President and Chief Population Health Officer at AdventHealth. Jennifer has been in this role since January 2020 and has been with AdventHealth since December 2016. Prior to their current role, they served as the Vice President & Chief Operating Officer Population Health Services. In this role, they were responsible for leading the strategic development, deployment and operations of multiple aspects of the Population Health Services Organization including the development and management of high-performing networks at metropolitan, state and enterprise-wide national levels. Areas of responsibility included network strategy, development, adequacy, contracting, governance and operations. Network performance extended into accountability for product performance, provider engagement and education. Jennifer was also accountable for Population Health Management (PHM) Analytics, Technology selection and deployment, Payer relationship management and Project- Process Management functions. Jackson was heavily involved with service line maturation, clinically integrated and accountable care organization development and performance. Jennifer also partnered with an insurance company to provide co-branded insurance products and was intimately involved with all aspects of insurance product development and performance.

Jennifer Jackson works with Mark Martin - Vice President, Mergers-Acquisitions-Network Development, Mark Newmyer - Vice President, Communications, and Vickie White - Senior Vice President, Chief Brand and Consumer Officer. Jennifer Jackson reports to David Banks, Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Organizational Transformation Officer.
