Lisa Borbon Msn

Lisa Borbon MSN, CLNC, BC-NE, BC-MS, RN currently serves as the Workforce Development Administrator at AdventHealth since November 2024 and operates as a Healthcare Consultant at Borbon Consultants since January 2022, driven by a passion for leadership and team building. As the CEO and Owner of Borbon Legal Nurse Consultant & Associates, established in June 2020, Lisa focuses on supporting attorneys in winning cases through legal nursing expertise. Previous roles include Home Health Administrator at BayCare Health System, Interim Nurse Leader at HealthTrust Performance Group, Chief Clinical Officer/Chief Nursing Officer at Kindred, and Assistant Chief Nursing Officer at Fawcett Memorial Hospital, among others.
