Mark Chestnut

Mark Chestnut is an experienced paramedic currently employed at AdventHealth since February 2021. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a paramedic at UF Health and served as a firefighter/paramedic with Marion County Fire Rescue. Mark's early career includes positions in the healthcare and media sectors, including roles as a medical assistant at CareSpot Urgent Care and as an advertising account executive at Gainesville Sun and New Age Media, where substantial sales growth was achieved. Mark has also demonstrated leadership as a sales manager at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. and has experience in supply administration from time spent in the Marine Corps. Mark holds certifications in emergency medical technology and firefighting standards from educational institutions such as Santa Fe College and Lake Technical College.
