Mike Thompson

Mike Thompson currently serves as President and CEO at AdventHealth, a position held since January 2018, with a focus on building a comprehensive network of care. Prior experience includes serving as CEO Integrated Health Services within the AdventHealth Central Florida Division, where responsibilities involved strategic network development across various health services. Prior to AdventHealth, Mike Thompson was Senior Vice President & CEO at Florida Hospital East Orlando, overseeing non-acute business entities, and held operational roles at FH Celebration Health and FH Winter Park. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Adventist University.
