Beth Carpenter

Beth Carpenter possesses extensive experience in human resources, particularly in compensation, benefits, and workforce analytics. Currently serving as Director of HR Administration at Howard University Hospital since February 2020, Beth has held various leadership positions at Adventist HealthCare, including Director of Compensation, HRIS and Workforce Analytics from September 2017 to February 2020. Prior roles include Regional Director of Compensation & Benefits at Trivergent Health Alliance and Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Frederick Regional Healthcare System. Beth's career began with Goodwill Industries International as a Human Resource Specialist and in the US Navy as a Personnelman Second Class. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Mount St. Mary's University.
