Kandy McFarland

Vice President Behavioral Health Service Line at Adventist HealthCare

Kandy McFarland has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kandy most recently held the position of Vice President Behavioral Health Service Line at Adventist HealthCare since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Nursing at Adventist Healthcare Shady Grove Medical Center from April 2019 to April 2022.

From August 2017 to April 2019, Kandy worked as the Director of Nursing at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center. Kandy also held the roles of Director, Addiction and Mental Health Center from July 2016 to August 2017 and Unit Manager from November 2012 to July 2016 at the same organization.

Additionally, they have a certification in "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn, obtained in 2021.
