Kara Hidalgo

Kara Hidalgo, BSN, RN-BC has extensive experience in the healthcare field, particularly in psychiatric and adolescent services. With a nursing background and a Bachelor's Degree from Virginia Tech, Kara has held various roles at Adventist HealthCare, including Manager of Quality Informatics, Hospital Clinical Administrator, and Nurse Manager for Child and Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatric Services. In addition, Kara has served as Staff Development Manager and Charge Nurse for outpatient services. Prior to their time at Adventist HealthCare, Kara worked as a Discharge Planner and Psychiatric Technician at New River Community Center. Their expertise lies in coordinating and developing orientation programs, training nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
