Nicole D'Uva, MBA has over 14 years of work experience in various roles related to employee health and well-being. Nicole currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Employee Health & LifeWork Strategies at Adventist HealthCare since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Adventist HealthCare LifeWork Strategies where they held multiple roles including Director of Employer Health and Interim Director of LifeWork Strategies. Nicole also worked as a Senior Well-being Strategist and Well-being Strategist. Before joining Adventist HealthCare, Nicole worked at Corporate Fitness Works for over 7 years, holding positions such as Senior Account Manager, Regional Director, Assistant Regional Director & Wellness Coordinator, Center Director, Assistant Project Manager, and Health Fitness Specialist.
