Richard Rinaudot has extensive experience in digital marketing and website coordination. Richard started their career as a Website Coordinator at the Association of Corporate Counsel from 1998 to 2001. Richard then joined Adventist HealthCare in 2002, initially working as a Webmaster until 2006. In this role, they managed digital marketing operations and was responsible for multi-channel marketing across various platforms. Richard later became the Digital Marketing Director, overseeing the entire digital marketing team and leading initiatives for lead generation, product/service promotion, and brand awareness.

Richard Rinaudot completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Richard later pursued a Master of Science degree in eCommerce from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they obtained between 2001 and 2003. In addition to their formal education, Richard has also obtained certifications in Artificial Intelligence Tools and Concepts from LinkedIn, and Build Your Own Chatbot from IBM Cognitive Class, in the years 2021 and 2018 respectively.
