Thomas Sullivan

Thomas Sullivan is a faculty affiliate at the University of Montana specializing in sustainable transportation. Thomas also works as a tour leader and tour staff at Adventure Cycling Association, assists and leads bicycle tours across the US. Thomas has experience as a transportation planner and bicycle/pedestrian specialist at the Maryland Department of Transportation. With a background in civil and structural engineering, Thomas has held positions as a president, project manager, engineer, partner, and project manager at various engineering firms. Thomas holds a Ph.D. in Geography and Anthropology from Louisiana State University.
