Adventure Scientists
Lila Weston Sadler currently serves as the Conservation Research Project Manager at Adventure Scientists, leading environmental projects related to reforestation, biodiversity, and climate change. Previously, Lila held senior roles at DAI, where responsibilities included implementing a major USAID contract focused on environmental capacity and managing diverse international clients. Lila contributed to the Entrepreneurial Diplomacy Program in Tunisia through Network 20/20, supporting local economic initiatives. As the Development Manager at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Lila significantly increased revenue and private sector engagement. Lila's early experience includes a project management internship at Water Mission. Lila holds a specialization in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Rice University, a BS in International Business from Liberty University, and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Water Resources Management and Policy at the University of Geneva.
