Matthew Leon has extensive experience in food operations and animal care, currently serving as the Director of Food Operations at Adventure Unlimited Ranches since December 2008, overseeing the management of two commercial kitchens and coordinating meals for various programs. Prior roles include Farm Public Program Coordinator at Green Chimneys, focusing on program development and animal training, and multiple positions at Adventure Unlimited, including Assistant Foreman and Head Wrangler, emphasizing construction, property maintenance, and horsemanship instruction. With a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from California Polytechnic State University and a certificate in Agricultural Sales and Service, Matthew also has a strong foundation in public relations and management.
