Seth Barnes Jr. has extensive experience in mission work and community development, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Short Term Missions and the Senior Manager of Long Term Missions at Adventures In Missions since June 2011. Seth has played a pivotal role in the establishment of communities of missionaries and in building programs to support adults with disabilities. As the Director of the Center for Global Action, responsibilities included developing training programs for young adults, managing a leadership team, expanding operations to international campuses, and launching key initiatives. Previous roles include Coordinator for Project Searchlight and Ministry Facilitator in Nicaragua, as well as experience as an Editor for Wrecked for the Ordinary. Since April 2018, Seth has also been the Executive Director of Flourish Community, focusing on providing purpose and belonging for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Seth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Taylor University.
