Your Community
The Partner Success team is responsible for growing institution partnerships and engaging with 1500+ institutions across 5 major destinations. The team is responsible for:
Being the first point of contact at Adventus for any institution partner
Looking after health and safety of an institution, focusing on targeted outcomes for a partner institution.
Driving revenues from Adventus exclusive products like Adventus DRIVE, Priority Institutions, , Concierge revenue models.
Identifying and rolling out new revenue streams in order to increase our total revenue
Your Position
As Assistant Manager - Partner Success, you will be responsible for driving the growth of institution partnerships in specific destinations around the world. You will work closely with our partner institutions in these destinations to identify new growth opportunities, tie-ups and run backend operations to improve outcomes maximizing enrollments, diversity and overall revenue.
Your Impact
You will be responsible for maximizing net revenue through university prioritization, increasing enrollments from priority institutions, and driving projects to increase conversions and the quality of applications in collaboration with Partner Success Managers, regional admissions teams and regional sales teams.
Your Backstory
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree and MBA or equivalent degree is preferable.
2-4 years of experience in international student recruitment and understanding of the challenges within this industry specially promoting new institutions and market development.
Prior experience working in partnership with North America, UK, and ANZ Universities.
Detailed-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and enjoy problem-solving.
Prior experience of working in a target driven environment with a proven record of successfully meeting/exceeding annual targets.
Ability to work productively within a team environment as well as independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal.
Your Contribution
Driving end to end outcomes for priority institutions - focusing on GTM (Goto Marketing)
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for designated institutions and destinations, including market analysis, target audience identification, and campaign development for priority institutions.
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders across regional sales, admissions, university partnerships and act as a catalyst to drive up performance of allocated product groups
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales strategies for designated institutions and destinations.
Attend and organize events for your designated portfolio to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activity in designated destinations to inform business development strategies
Work with the line manager to set and achieve enrollment and revenue targets for designated institutions.
Prioritize university partnerships to maximize net revenue and enrollments from concierge and priority institutions
Drive projects to increase conversions and improve the quality of applications in collaboration with regional admissions teams, regional sales teams and Partnerships team.
Provide regular reports and updates on progress
