Shameema Nasrin Shampa

Shameema Nasrin Shampa has several years of experience in human resources and education. Shameema Nasrin worked as a Key Account Manager at Adventus.io from June 2023. Prior to that, they were a Silver Member at HR Club starting from March 2021. Shameema Nasrin also served as a General Member at BSHRM from October 2020.

From June 2021 to June 2023, Shameema worked as a Counsellor (UK & MY) at Eduko Education Services Pte Ltd.

Shameema was actively involved in JCI (Junior Chamber International), where they held the role of Treasurer from January 2022 to December 2022. Shameema Nasrin was also a General Member from February 2021 to December 2021.

From July 2017 to May 2021, Shameema served as a Sr. Executive at Genvio Pharma Limited. In this role, they were responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee welfare.

Prior to that, Shameema worked as an HR Executive at Genvio Pharma Ltd from October 2015 to June 2017. Shameema Nasrin also served as a Training Coordinator at Arges Pharma & Biotech from November 2013 to August 2015.

In addition, Shameema has teaching experience as a Lecturer at the College of Development Alternative from December 2012 to October 2013.

Shameema Nasrin Shampa obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Relation and Labor Studies from the University of Dhaka in 2014. In 2018, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Bangladesh Institute of Management. Continuing their educational journey, in 2019 and onward, Shampa enrolled in the East West University, where they currently study for an Executive MBA with a specialization in Human Resources Development.
