Hugo Mello

Hugo Mello, MBA, CPA, CA has an extensive work experience in finance and audit roles. Hugo started as an Accounting Analyst at Opinião Auditores Independentes in 2005. Later, they worked as an Audit Senior 2 at Deloitte Brasil, focusing on various industries. At BHP, they served as an Accounting Manager, overseeing financial accounting operations. Hugo then moved on to roles at Deloitte and KPMG Canada before becoming the Director of Finance at Excellon Resources Inc. and Adventus Mining Corporation.

Hugo Mello completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Estácio from 2005 to 2009. Hugo then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Controlling, and Audit at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they hold certifications as a CPA in Ontario and a Chartered Accountant in Brazil.
