Ann-Sophie Sell has extensive experience in the creative field, with a focus on advertising and marketing. Ann-Sophie is currently the Head of Creative at Advertace GmbH, where they began in April 2022. Prior to this role, Ann-Sophie served as the Jury Präsidentin des MAX-Award at the DDV Deutscher Dialogmarketing Verband e. V. starting in July 2020. From January 2020 to March 2022, they worked as a Creative Director at Digitas Pixelpark. Before that, Ann-Sophie held the same role at Publicis Pixelpark from September 2011 to January 2020. Ann-Sophie started their career as an Art Director at Jung von Matt in November 2008 and remained in that position until August 2011.

Ann-Sophie Sell completed their education at Muthesius Hochschule in Kiel, where they obtained a Diplom in Kommunikations-Design. Ann-Sophie has additional certifications, including Publicis I Le Grand Studio from Publicis Groupe, which they obtained in June 2021, and Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org, which they obtained in March 2020.
