Ryan Black has over five years of experience in graphic design. In 2020, they began working as an Art Director and Senior Graphic Designer for Advertising Vehicles, as well as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Cincinnati (DAAP) College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning. Prior to this, they were a Graphic Designer for Ryan Black Design LLC from 2015-2018, a Graphic Designer for Signarama from 2018-2020, and a Graphic Designer for 55 oh from 2015-2018. In 2014, they also worked as a Graphic Design Intern for the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, where they assisted the creative team with pre-production ideas and creating graphics for the website, as well as importing and organizing media within the creative department.
Ryan Black attended Santa Fe College from 2007 to 2009, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Theirtory. Ryan then went on to the University of Central Florida from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Emerging Media/Graphic Design. Additionally, Ryan has obtained numerous certifications from LinkedIn, including "Creating a High Performance Culture," "Inclusive Leadership," "Performance Management: Setting Goals and Managing Performance," "New Manager Foundations," "Prioritizing Effectively as a Leader," "Planning a Career in User Experience," "UX Design: 1 Overview," "UX Design: 2 Analyzing User Data," and "UX Design: 3 Creating Personas."
