Arun Selvaraj is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in support engineering management and technology. Currently serving as the Director of Support Engineering Management for Data and AI at Microsoft since April 2008, Arun leads the Azure Customer Support Experience. Previous roles include Manager and Engineering Lead at Fast Search and Transfer from November 2005 to April 2008, along with positions as Lead Engineer at Biogenidec and Qwest. Arun holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from BIT Mesra, where studied from 1996 to 2000.
