Jenefer Monroe

Jenefer Monroe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and leadership roles. Currently serving as President and Founder of Alchemy Automation, Jenefer has also been an Architect on the Power Platform Customer Success Team at Microsoft since January 2020, focusing on client solutions and the Power Platform Center of Excellence. Prior to this, Jenefer held several significant positions at Microsoft from 2002 to 2019, including Lead Principal Product Manager and Principal Software Engineering Manager, contributing to the adoption of Azure Global Services in the energy sector and fostering customer engagement with the BAPI suite. A notable sabbatical in 2019 allowed Jenefer to explore personal growth through various activities. Educational credentials include a BS in Computer Science from Western Washington University, an MBA in Sustainable Business from Bainbridge Graduate Institute, a Certificate in Medical Engineering from the University of Washington, and a BS in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
