Pooja D. serves as a Senior Corporate Counsel at Microsoft since April 2020, focusing on Cybersecurity, Modern Work, and Business Applications. Responsibilities include supporting sales strategy, advising on AI product launches, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Previously, Pooja held positions such as Principal Corporate Counsel and Assistant United States Attorney, negotiating resolutions under federal laws and overseeing significant investigations. Pooja is also actively involved with the South Asian Bar Association of Washington, serving in multiple leadership roles including Immediate Past President. Academic qualifications include a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. from New York University.
