Rachel Bondi

Rachel Bondi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Microsoft, where tenure began in August 1997. Currently, Rachel serves as Corporate Vice President for Small Medium and Corporate in Microsoft Asia, having previously held positions such as Regional Vice President and Chief Partner Officer. In prior roles, Rachel managed integrated marketing for consumer innovation and led product marketing for Office and Office 365. Rachel's leadership has been instrumental in establishing go-to-market strategies, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving market demand across various Microsoft services. In addition to these roles, Rachel is currently a Director at Future Skills Organisation. Rachel holds a Bachelor in Education from Queensland University of Technology, earned between 1988 and 1991.
