Hugo S. has over 18 years of work experience, beginning in 2003 as Co-Founder of Gold Seal Project. In 2010, they moved to City Transfers UK as Product/Operations Management. In 2013, they became Account Director - Operation & Product Team at Drivr - Technology for Fleets. In 2014, they were Product Manager at AnyVan.com. In 2015, they became Managing Director at AnyVan for Business. In 2018, they were Head Of Operations at ExpoCart. In 2019, they became General Manager at Gophr. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Drovo.

Hugo S. began their educational career at Christ's Hospital School. Hugo then attended City and Islington College, where they obtained a degree in Sound Engineering/Sound Production. Hugo S. then went on to Queen Mary University of London, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in French, literature and philosophy, and Business studies. In 2021, Hugo S. began a Data Analytics program at General Assembly Melbourne, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, Hugo S. obtained an ISO 9001 standards certification from QMS in March 2012.
