Sandipan Bagchi

Sandipan Bagchi has an extensive work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Sandipan started their career at Global Prior Art, where they worked as an Associate and later as a Senior Associate. Sandipan then joined UTEK Intellectual Capital Consulting as the Director of Life Sciences. After that, they worked at CPA North America as an IP Consultant, providing competitive intelligence for corporate and legal clients.

Bagchi then moved on to hold various roles at CPA Global, Amgen, Alcon (A Novartis Division), and Novartis, where they held positions such as Product Manager, Global Marketing Senior Manager, Global Product Director, and Global Business Franchise Manager, respectively.

Sandipan later joined Fortress Biotech as the Director of New Business Development before joining Sarepta Therapeutics as the Director of Global Marketing Gene Therapy. Most recently, Bagchi has been working at Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc. as the Executive Director of Business Development and is currently serving as the Vice President of Pipeline Strategy and External Innovation.

Sandipan Bagchi has an MBA in International Business from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and Esade, which they obtained in 2008-2009. Sandipan also attended Boston University School of Medicine from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a ScB degree from Brown University in 1996-2001. Sandipan Bagchi's education also includes high school at Ward Melville HS from 1993 to 1996.
